Shabu`ot, The Feast of Weeks or Pentecost comes on the fiftieth day after Passover, just after the 7-week `Omer period between the beginnings of the barley and wheat harvests, and traditionally commemorates the Revelation at Sinai seven weeks after the Israelites left Egypt.
