Join us for a uniquely Shearith Israel art event outdoors on Paved Paradise. Focusing on a singular work of art – a 36 x 36, acrylic and oil stick painting of our beloved Hekhal – by contemporary artist, Peshi Haas, we will explore the artist’s background, inspiration, and oeuvre as well as her artistic process and technique.

We invite you to view the actual painting and attend this discussion between the artist, Peshi Haas and Shearith Israel member and art historian, Susan (Suchu) Solny.
