This class will discuss what to do and what to expect when a loved one passes away: How to arrange a funeral? What services are provided by the synagogue? What is the role of the Hebra? It will also provide an introduction to the customs of mourning and Shib'ah. For questions, contact Zachary Edinger.

Nineteenth Street Synagogue

The congregation's fourth synagogue was built on nineteenth Street, just west of Fifth Avenue.
