Lost diary of tortured Mexican ‘converso’ features in early-American Jewish exhibit

Read this new article which reviews the New-York Historical Society's new exhibit which features our congregation’s history prominently and highlights the amazing resurfacing of the memoir by Luis de Carvajal the Younger, a Spanish converso who fled to Mexico, that was purchased by our member, Leonard Milberg and loaned to the museum along with many other objects from his important American Jewish collection.

Beth Olam Cemetery

Beth Olam Cemetery in Ridgewood, Queens has provided for the burials of our congregation since 1851 and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Liberty Bell Rimonim

These Rimonim, modeled after the American Liberty Bell, were commissioned by the Congregation in honor of Judge Edgar J. Nathan Jr.
