husband of Fortuna Calvo-Roth,

father of Stephen Roth and of Carla Roth,

passed away on the eve of Sukkot.  
 
Shibah was abbreviated due to the holiday.
 
A memorial service will take place this 
Sunday, October 28th, at 4:30 PM 
at
Congregation Shearith Israel
2 West 70th Street.
 
Followed by evening services at 5:45 PM.

Chatham Square Cemetery

The oldest of our extant cemeteries is known as the Chatham Square Cemetery.  It is located in Chinatown at 55 St. James Place.  The land was originally purchased in 1682 by Joseph Bueno de Mesquita.
